Agency Management
For twenty-five years, Nick Cerami has developed integrated communications programs for some of our nation’s best-known companies, providing clients with creative strategies that include advertising, public relations, sales training, and consumer education.
Nick has extensive experience in major categories including broadcast, public relations, business-to-business, direct-to-consumer, crisis management, interactive marketing, and sales support.
His unique combination of marketing and business experience provides exceptional creative insight and a thorough understanding of a client’s product and market challenges. This collective knowledge has enabled him to work extensively with manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations, taking products pre-launch through post-launch in more
than 100 countries.
Prior to starting his own firm, Nick served at Blunt Hann Sersen, Dorland Sweeney Jones, and Cummins MacFail & Nutry. Later, he was Senior Vice President/Health Practice Leader at Makovsky and Company, one of the nation’s largest independent public relations firms.
Nick founded Cerami Worldwide Communications at age 26, doubling revenue for eight consecutive years, while honing the management skills that he brings to his clients and his firm every day. He is responsible for executive-level counsel, strategic and tactical planning, account management, and leadership to all account groups and clients.
Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications and Technology from East Stroudsburg University, PA, and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ.
An award-winning Art Director with over 25 years experience, Mari demonstrates a broad understanding of effective communications, the ability to connect with clients, and outstanding presentation skills, all of which make her a hands-on creative team leader.
Her abilities include discerning and executing the most creative digital, print and interactive solutions while maintaining the bottom line.
Mari has managed campaigns for a wide variety of industries, including: healthcare, business-to-business, luxury, education, veterinary, and entertainment. Her experience with the many facets of marketing/advertising enhances her efficiency in creative management, print and media procurement, and all
aspects of production.
Mari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications from Caldwell University with a concentration in Design.
Kym is an award-winning Graphic Designer and Art Director with 15 years experience specializing in editorial, advertising, corporate branding and package design. She brings her creative expertise to campaigns for clients in the pharmaceutical, aesthetics, education, luxury, animal health and packaging arenas.
Shortly after graduation, Kym took a freelance job in Milan, Italy. Since then, she has held a number of in-house Design Lead positions in New York and New Jersey ranging from the music industry to advertising.
She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from The School of Visual Arts in NYC.
A strong creative force, Toni Barlettano combines art and technology to communicate ideas for video production, web, and print applications in the healthcare, business-to-business, luxury and entertainment arenas.
She heads the digital team at Cerami, providing innovative creative and production services to our clients.
Before joining Cerami Worldwide Communications, Toni was a graphic designer in New York City.
Toni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Arts and Design at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.
A bright young mind, Steven is a graduate of New Jersey City University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has participated in intense, supplemental training and development in SEO, SEM, and Social Media. He is currently SEO/SEM team leader, spearheading the development of strategies and tactics to increase clients' rankings, placement, and presence. Steven also assists in developing methodologies for the digital/online team leading to optimal, tactical execution of
client sites and programs.
Connie is a numbers guru with over twenty years experience in corporate, small business and nonprofit finance.
She graduated from The College of William & Mary with a double major in Business Administration & Finance. After a fulfilling career as Director of Operations for Axa/Equitable Life, Connie took a few years off to raise her three wonderful daughters. She is excited to return to her calculator and continue her career crunching numbers with Cerami.
As a copywriter and copy editor, Susan has serviced clients in healthcare and aesthetics marketing, animal health, hospitality, entertainment, education and luxury retail. She has contributed her expertise to creative teams in crafting award-winning content for consumer, patient and business-to-business advertising campaigns as well as in developing pharmaceutical sales
training programs.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Rhetoric from the State University of New York at Albany. She pursued an early career in television advertising time sales before turning to creative development and copywriting in the advertising and marketing sector.
